Audio: Bob Dylan In Germany, June 2015 – ‘Sad Songs & Waltzes,’ ‘Blind Willie McTell’ & Many More

Bob Dylan in Germany, 2015.

On June 20, 2015 Bob Dylan and band performed at the Nord Mole Open Air in Mainz, Germany, and the following night they were at the Sparkassen-Carre in Tübingen, Germany.

With the June 20 show Dylan shook up his set list, performing eight songs that haven’t been in the set recently including what I believe are three songs that he hasn’t performed previously. Please let me know if I’m wrong about this.

Two of the new songs are covers off his latest album, Shadows In The Night: “Full Moon And Empty Arms and “Where Are You?” A third is Willie Nelson’s “Sad Songs and Waltzes.” Additionally, at the Mainz show he sang “‘Til I Fell In Love With You,” “To Ramona,” “Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum,” “A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall” and “Ballad Of A Thin Man.”

Below are two songs from the Mainz show, and a bunch from the Tübingen show.

Enjoy.
